My journey has not been easy, I have been dealing with weight issues all my life. I wasn’t confident in my body. My struggles were not over yet. I dealt with an ACL, Medial & Lateral Tear Mental and Physical Struggles I was in the worst shape of my life weighing 322 pounds. That’s when I decided… I will achieve the body that will… Be Respected by peers Make me proud Make me feel confident It wasn’t EASY… It took hard work,dedication and commitment. There were moments when GIVING UP seemed like the only option. But… I didn’t give up! I pushed forward with an unshakable belief in my ability to rise above. I’ve walked the path filled with trials. But, All I have learned is, Setbacks are just setups for remarkable comebacks. Now I have decided to change the lives of others who want to achieve their dream Whether it is Gaining Weight,Losing Weight, or just Feeling better!
I've faced a lifelong battle with weight issues, and as I confronted the challenge of the COVID-19 pandemic, I began shedding pounds and gaining confidence. Undeterred, I returned to school for collegiate volleyball, only to be struck by a torn ACL and both medial and lateral meniscus. Despite setbacks, I found myself at a crossroads, and the subsequent cut of the volleyball program led to a spiral of emotional eating, resulting in reaching an all-time high of 322 pounds. My mantra, "Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard," encapsulates my belief in the power of dedication and resilience. With me as your guide, embark on an adventure that transcends the physical, focusing on mental strength, confidence-building, and achieving the seemingly impossible.
